How It Works
1. Book the inspection
Call or email to arrange a convenient appointment. Tell us the property address, tenancy status and number of gas appliances so we come prepared.
2. On‑site safety check
A Gas Safe registered engineer performs a full gas safety inspection: appliances, pipework, burners, seals, ventilation and flues. Any unsafe appliances are isolated and recorded.
3. CP12 issued and returned
We issue the Landlord Gas Safety Record (CP12) the same day as the inspection where possible, provide a digital copy for tenant and landlord, and supply a clear remedial quote if repairs are needed.

If we find a dangerous appliance we will isolate it immediately and explain the options. All inspections are carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer and recorded on the official Landlord Gas Safety Record (CP12).
Practical delivery — Appointments are scheduled to suit tenants and landlords; please provide access to all gas appliances and, if possible, any previous safety certificates.
